Mosaic of tradition and cultures

 

The tour is a 6-8 hours of a walking journey in Jerusalem, through a mosaic of diverse cultures, traditions and believes that were formed during the last 4000 years of history in this fascinating city.

Through the sites, the people, the views, the smells and the tastes we will get to know the old city thoroughly walking through the 4 different quarters: Jewish, Muslim, Armenian and Christian.

The tour combines between the history, traditions, styles and cultures in the past and in modern times.
 We will see the “must-see” sites such as “The Western / Wailing Wall, The Temple Mount (where the Dome of the Rock & El-Aksa mosque are located), Church of the Holy Sepulcher & the Via Dolorosa, , as well as some "off the beaten track" gems like a secretive rooftops for fantastic views & more.

If we have some more time we can also visit the modern market of “Machne-Yehuda” to feel and taste the unique local food market, or take a taxi to the Mount of Olives to see the best viewpoint of the city.
